in WOLFSBERG we have 2 butcher Putey who have every kind of sausage, liver cheese etc. everything GLLUTEN FREE THAT MEANS STATE WHEAT FLOUR IS USED STARCH FLOUR, MAN DOESN'T NOTICE ENJOY YOUR MEAL
